Start the New Year off with a generous donationmoney-and-typewriter
to the Writers Guild at Bloomington!

Every January we ask our Members to make a tax-deductible donation to one of the most active, vibrant, and diverse not-for-profit writers groups in Indiana – the Writers Guild at Bloomington!

Start your literary year by making
a tax-deductible donation to one of the most active, vibrant, and diverse
not-for-profit writers groups in Indiana: The Writers Guild at Bloomington!

In 2016, your donations helped make these events possible:

First Sunday Prose Reading & Open Mic
Lemonstone Reading Series
Third Sunday Writing Workshops
Fountain Square Poetry Series
Last Sunday Poetry Reading & Open Mic
Spoken Word Stage at the 4th Street Festival
Collaborative events with the Monroe County Public Library, Bloomington Symphony Orchestra, Creative Aging Festival, Boys & Girls Club, IU Slam Camp

and other workshops, panels, guest speakers, and more!

We already have several new projects in the works for 2017!

We are now 288 members strong and ready for another great year of supporting and nurturing the literary community of Bloomington and beyond.

You can help! Here’s how:

We suggest a minimum donation of $20. If you are able to give more, it makes a huge difference in what we are able to offer, and that is wonderful.
